I built Mood Dwell because the gap I kept seeing in the property market wasn't a design problem — it was a clarity problem. Buyers exchanging on spaces they didn't fully understand. Homeowners spending on the wrong things. Good instincts, but no framework to act on them.
My background is in luxury property, not a design studio — which means I think about spaces in terms of value, liveability and long-term decision-making first. The design intelligence sits on top of that, not the other way around.
